Needlepoint & Chill is pleased to offer limited wholesale opportunities to brick-and-mortar boutiques and gift shops.

Please note: our wholesale program is exclusively for in-person retail locations. Wholesale buyers may not resell our designs online, on third-party marketplaces, or through any e-commerce channel. This helps us protect the exclusivity of our designs for both our retail customers and our wholesale partners.

Wholesale Terms

• Available to physical, brick-and-mortar storefronts only — no online resale of any kind
• Minimum order of 20 units per order to qualify for wholesale pricing
• Wholesale pricing applies to our standard 8x10-and-smaller canvas designs (kits, custom orders, and oversized canvases are not included in the wholesale program)
• Approved accounts receive a dedicated discount code to use at checkout

Tell us a bit about your shop using the form below, including your store name, physical address, and the types of products you carry. We review applications personally and will follow up by email if we're a good fit.
