Please note: All Needlepoint & Chill products are unfinished needlepoint canvases intended to be stitched and completed by the customer. We do not sell finished or pre-stitched needlepoint products. Canvases are sold ready to stitch, not ready to display.

Standard Canvases & Kits — Not satisfied? Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be unstitched and in original condition. Thread is only included with listings that have "Kit" in the title. Canvas-only listings include the printed canvas and a tapestry needle only — thread is not included unless explicitly stated.

Personalized & Custom Orders — These are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. If we made a mistake, we'll fix it or refund you in full.

Damaged or Defective Items — Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

Stretcher Bar Add-Ons — Non-refundable once assembled, unless the canvas itself qualifies for return.

To request a refund — Email us with your order number. Refunds are returned to your original payment method promptly.
