We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $7.

Processing Times
We strive to ship standard canvases and kits within 1-3 business days. Personalized or custom orders may take a few extra days for us to complete your design before shipping — we'll always reach out if a custom request needs more time.

Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help if your package is lost or delayed in transit.
